• Support customers to activate and use credit cards of VPBank.
• Take care by phone, receive feedback on customer satisfaction about credit card products and services.
• Information to Customer about promotions, utility services, and interests of the Customer.
• Handling cases of customers' inquiries and complaints (if any).

• Intermediate or higher (High school graduation with experience priority)
• 0-1 years of experience (trained without experience)
• Standard voice, easy to hear, no dialect.
• Responsibility and ability to bear high pressure.
• Professional working attitude.
• Good moral character.
• Fluency in information technology office.
