Customer Service Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage and supervise employees according to company regulations

  • Working time

2. Manage and supervise sales

  • Allocate data, lead customers need to handle for customer care
  • Monitoring talk time, number of calls of each customer every day according to mandatory targets of the company
  • Listen to the record, evaluate the quality of consultation of the customer care service in the team, correct the counseling error, guide more skills for the customer care service
  • Dealing with issues in the consulting and working process of the customer care service: Customers are difficult to access, customers need urgent support during the day
  • Resolve customer support issues in case they need to be addressed.
  • Support interview to recruit new customer care services
  • Support IT to fix errors arising in the working system of Customer Care
  • Procedures for receiving personnel, training for new customer care services in the team, guiding the initial jobs
  • Handling jobs generated by mail: leave, leave, send employee information, and unnamed jobs with departments (accountant, admin)
  • Make a plan for the team, send KPI by day, week

3. Implementation of the working results evaluation reporting system

  • Making daily reports on working results: call quality, Call of CSKH sends the responsible clues to aggregate and transfer the results to direct management.
  • Report on team personnel: date of OB, voice
  • Weekly, monthly report of the team

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Prioritize working in the banking and finance sector, with at least 2 years of experience at the equivalent managerial level
  • Has outstanding performance in previous work organizations
  • Ability to manage and run a team of about 15-20 employees
  • Have the skills to effectively plan, analyze and execute plans
  • Have good presentation skills, effective communication skills, good relationship building skills, and can work at many different levels in the organization.
  • Have skills to train and guide employees to perform their jobs effectively
  • Having skills to lead, motivate, and motivate a large staff
