Responsible for monitoring calls of Telesale staff, CSKH to evaluate call quality.
Conduct analysis, report and evaluate call quality by project / team by week / month (weaknesses / strengths individually, each team).
Suggest to improve and participate in training staff with poor call-making skills to further improve call quality
Perform other jobs as assigned by the Head of QC Department

Graduating from college or higher
Candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Strong in skill training, team team
Ability to train products / operations as well as sales skills for the sales channel
Ability to build and propose evaluation criteria suitable for each business period
